The Sacrament of Mass is the greatest form of worship. Within each Mass, we receive the Eucharist, which the Catechism describes as the "source and summit of Christian life" (CCC 1324). When we receive the Eucharist, we are receiving the real presence of Christ.
As of Friday, March 11 all capacity restrictions for worship services have been lifted. While the PHO has also lifted the mask mandate, both Bishop Gary and Fr. Michael still strongly recommend that everyone continue to wear a mask when attending Mass.
At Holy Family Notre Dame Parish, Sunday Mass is celebrated on Saturdays at 5 pm, and on Sundays at 10 am. Weekday Masses are held on Tuesdays at 7 pm, Wednesdays at noon, and Fridays at 9 am. Fr. Michael also travels- weather and road conditions permitting- twice a month to the West Coast to celebrate Mass with the Catholic parishes in Tofino, Ucluelet, and Ahousat.
